Ballot papers
Ballot papers are yellow for elections to the Swedish Parliament (general elections), blue for elections to the county council and white for elections to the municipality and for elections to the European Parliament.
Ballot papers must be identical as far as size and material are concerned.
Three types of ballot papers:
Name ballot papers
Ballot papers containing both party name and candidate names.
Party ballot papers
Ballot papers containing the party name but without candidate names. The voter can use these if he or she wants to vote for a party and a special candidate.
Blank ballot papers
Ballot papers with neither party names nor candidate names. The voter can use blank ballot papers to write in the party name him or herself if he or she does not have access to the correct ballot paper.
